Riversongs is a e-mail greeting site, and I believe them to be one of the best ones that I've seen by far. You don't have to send an e-card if you don't wish to, but I generally send the link to it. People are funny about opening e-cards anymore.

This one in particular made a round in email during September 11, 2001 which is where I discovered it. It is very beautiful.
